Invite-only beta

Openings do not announce themselves. Wormio does.

Every board you track is re-read at the source each morning and matched against your resume, so the roles that fit come to you instead of waiting to be found.

What happens before you are awake

  1. Overnight

Every company board you track is re-read directly from the source. New openings come in, and anything that has come down is marked closed.

  2. Before you wake

Each posting you have not seen is matched against your resume and scored. The ones that clear your bar get written up with the reason they cleared it.

  3. In your inbox

One email, ranked, waiting when you get up. If nothing new cleared the bar, it resurfaces the strongest open matches you have not acted on instead.

Your first digest catches you up on everything currently open at the companies you track. After that, it is what changed.

What is waiting when you wake up

  • Datadog
    Senior Security Engineer, Detection
    HybridNew York, NYPosted today
    91fit

Why this made your digest: Six years of detection engineering and the SIEM and EDR tooling on your resume line up with the core of this role, and it sits in the New York office you asked for.

  • Chainguard
    Staff Software Engineer, Supply Chain
    RemoteUnited StatesPosted yesterday
    78fit

Why this made your digest: Strong overlap with your Go and container work. The role leans further into build provenance than your last two positions did, which is a stretch rather than a mismatch.

  • Vanta
    Security Engineer
    RemoteUnited StatesPosted 3 days ago
    64fit

Why this made your digest: Compliance automation is adjacent to your background rather than central to it, but the day to day is the detection and response work you have been doing.

An example digest. Illustrative, not live listings.

How it works

  1. Drop in your resume

One PDF. Wormio distills it into a profile of what you actually do, not a bag of keywords scraped off your job titles.

  2. Pick the companies you would actually work for

Choose from a catalog of boards Wormio reads every morning. Track five of them or all of them.

  3. Read one email

Each morning, the openings that fit, ranked, with a sentence on why each one matched you.

What makes the list worth reading

A score and a reason

Every match carries a fit score from 0 to 100 and a written explanation of why it made your digest, so you can tell at a glance whether it is worth opening.

No new match is a repeat

A posting can enter your digest exactly once, so the new matches in a day's email are genuinely new. Nothing gets re-scored and re-sent as a fresh find.

Quiet days stay useful

When nothing new clears the bar, that day's email resurfaces the strongest open matches you have not acted on yet, labelled as a quiet day rather than passed off as new, instead of padding the list with filler.

It notices when a job closes

Boards are re-read daily. Postings that disappear are marked closed, and anything you saved stays as a record instead of quietly vanishing.

Read at the source

Wormio watches company job boards directly, across Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and Oracle. The catalog today is weighted toward engineering, infrastructure and security employers in the US.

Questions

Who is Wormio for right now?

It is in invite-only beta, and the catalog leans toward engineering, infrastructure and security employers in the US with a New York weighting. If that is not you, join the waitlist anyway. It tells us where to expand next.

Where do the jobs come from?

Straight from each company job board, the same one their careers page uses. No aggregator listings, no staffing firm reposts, no jobs that were filled last quarter.

How often will it email me?

Once a day, early morning. You can switch the email off entirely and keep the web feed, and there is a one-click unsubscribe in every send.

What happens to my resume?

It is stored against your account and used to rank postings for you. It is never shared with employers, and Wormio does not apply to anything on your behalf.

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta. If that changes you will hear it from us before it affects you, not from a receipt.
